Everything you might ask on a call
Do I need to get on a call?+
No. Everything runs through the order form and email. If you would rather talk it through, you can reply to any email and a real person answers, but a call is never required.
How fast will I receive my ads?+
First drafts arrive in 3 to 8 business days depending on the package size. The creative subscription sits in the priority queue and delivers on a rolling schedule.
What do you need from me?+
Your website, your logo, any product photos or clips you already have, and a sentence about the goal of the campaign. That is it.
What if I do not have any footage?+
Most clients do not. We build ads from your site imagery, product photography, motion design and licensed footage, so you can launch without a shoot.
Which platforms are the ads made for?+
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn. Every package is delivered in vertical, square and landscape so one order covers all of them.
How do revisions work?+
You send notes by email and we turn them around within two business days. Revision rounds included depend on your package.
Do you write the scripts?+
Yes. Hooks, script, pacing and captions are all part of the package. You can add your own direction in the order form if you have a strong point of view.
Can I cancel the creative subscription?+
Any time, from your first month onwards. There are no contracts or notice periods.
